Terms of use

This is a public offer: by using the Telegram bot @mydaylog_ai_bot and the Dayflow mini app, you accept these terms. By paying for a plan, you enter into an agreement for paid access on the terms below.

1. Parties

Provider: the owner of Dayflow, an individual. Contact: support in the bot @mydaylog_ai_bot (/support command). User: anyone who uses the service. Details about the operator are provided on request through support.

2. The service

Dayflow helps you track spending, food, activities and tasks: it parses messages, voice notes and photos with AI and saves entries after you confirm them.

The free plan is available to everyone. Paid plans raise the daily limits:

• Basic: 290 ₽ for 30 days, 15 AI parses a day, up to 5 of them photos, estimated calories burned in workouts;
• Pro: 590 ₽ for 30 days, 30 parses, up to 10 photos, voice notes up to 30 seconds, burned calories added to the daily food goal;
• Max yearly: 4,990 ₽ for 365 days, 60 parses, up to 20 photos, voice notes up to 60 seconds, everything in Pro.

The prices and limits shown on the Plans screen at the moment of payment apply. A parse is one message from which something was extracted. Days are counted in your time zone.

3. Payment and term

• Payment through Platega by SBP or bank card.
• The plan is activated once the payment provider confirms the payment.
• No auto-renewal. Renewing the same plan extends the current term. A different plan starts right away. When switching to Max yearly, the remaining Basic or Pro days are added to the year.
• When the term ends, you return to the free plan; your entries are kept.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time through support in the bot @mydaylog_ai_bot (/support command). Money for unused full days is refunded within 10 days using the original payment method. If the service was unavailable through our fault for more than a day, your subscription is extended by that time.

5. AI estimates

Calories, macros, calories burned in workouts, categories and amounts are determined automatically and may be inaccurate. You can correct the result before saving. The service does not give medical, dietary or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to bypass limits, disrupt the service or send unlawful content. Access may be restricted for violations.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running without interruptions but can't guarantee that. The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

8. Data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

A new version is published on this page and applies from the date of publication. Time already paid for keeps the previous terms.
